Un deux trois

Well, I woke up this morning and decided to not bother with trying to complete the courses in time to take the test I might fail. Why put in all that effort if there's a large chance it might just be wasted? Also, I would have to take off a lot of work.

I decided to throw it by my friend Eric though. "So, what are your chances?" he asked. "I would say somewhere between 20% and 40%," I said. We discussed a few of the obstacles I would have to overcome, and some of the risks and losses I would have to face. Being the economic geniuses that we are, the fact came to light that the worst I have to lose is a couple hundred dollars in time off, but the most I have to gain is several thousand dollars if I secure a job for the fall.

So, I've decided to take the next week off and dedicate the next 7 days to some hardcore studying. It's not gonna be pretty, but it's worth the effort.

(Insert motivational speech here)

I kinda feel like Bruce Willis or Harrison Ford, running in slow motion to barely escape the flames. Except, the slow motion is drawn out over a week. And the flames are...um...well, credit card debt, I guess.

(Insert picture that conveys the concept that I'm possibly in over my head here)
