I've been out here around a year and a half. And still, despite all I've seen and done, something new manages to turn up every week or so.
If Phil hadn't pointed this out, I would've never noticed. It's next to all the lockers outside my favorite grocery store. Animal cruelty? Nah. But, really, why not just leave your dog at home?
