Well, I got my new hard drive in the mail. It didn't work. It wasn't exactly made for my computer, but it should've worked either way.
Called up the tech support people cause my computer's still under warranty. They want me to ship the whole thing to the US. Gonna try a service center here first before dishing out the $100 each way to get it fixed.
Keeping my fingers crossed that I'll have my computer back and running within a week, hopefully for not more than a couple hundred bucks.
In the mean time, no more posts. Sorry.
