Winter Vacation - Part 2

Wow, I'm on a crying streak.

Well, not me personally. I guess it's more like I'm putting my kids on a crying streak.

Yesterday, we were planning to play bingo, and I announced that the prize for the bingo game would be a piece of candy. One of the girls who's totally in love with my sticker collection started crying. I asked her friends what'd happened and they told me that she wants stickers, not candy. Geez.

Then, today, we were playing a modified version of connect 4. The kids tricked me into playing it three times, because they asked me in Korean if we could play it 3 times and I thought they were asking something different and I said yes. So, after playing it three times in a row with them, I moved onto the Spongebob video part of the lesson, and one of the boys started crying. I thought maybe one of the other kids had hit him or something but, no, he just wanted to play connect 4 one more time. Geez.

Can't wait to see if this keeps up.

p.s. By the way, I totally didn't break down and give the girl a sticker or play the game one more time. I stuck to the gameplan. Nothing'll put hair on your chest like a little tough love.
