My first Putin

During my weekend in Montreal, I asked Ben if there was any food local to the region, and he told me about le Putin. It’s pretty simple, really. You take some fries, throw some provolone cheese and meat of your choosing on top of them, and then drown it all in brown gravy. Apparently, in Quebec, it’s all the rage. They have fast food chains dedicated to it.
I can’t say as I was blown away or anything. I mean, it tastes pretty much how I described it – meat, cheese, French fries, and a ton of gravy.
I think if I lived there for a while I would learn to love it. For the time being, I’ll just stick with Chipotle or Sonic.
