Money's not so hard to make

I was talking with a friend last night who has a great idea. He thinks we should find bands that make great songs but don't know how to sing them, and then we should do cover songs of their songs, but with better vocals. We could make a killing doing songs from My Morning Jacket, O.A.R, The Shins, Neil Young, Bob Dylan, Dean Martin, etc.
